How are Laws Made in Korea

Have you ever heard about the revised Sejong city law? Now in Korea, members of National Assembly's most difficult problem is the revised Sejong city law. It will be most hottest issue in this session of the National Assembly, because the government party will can not reach majority. Whatever, the revised Sejong city law will be passed or not, it'll change the life style of Sejong city's people.  If laws were changed, our life would be changed. Then, I'll give you one question. Do you know how to made laws? For people who don't know about how to made laws, I want to write about it.

First of all, laws are submitted to the National Assembly in three ways. One thing is that be submitted by members of the National Assembly. This is most well known way to submit the law. However, the laws can not be submitted by one member of the National Assembly. When they submit the laws they need over 20 member's signatures. Other way is that be made by the government administrations. Because, the government administrations well-know  that what kind of laws need in our society. Furthermore, this way is most common way to submit the laws in Korea. Last thing is that the laws are submitted by the Blue Hose. The president of Korea can submit laws to the National Assembly. This is the only way to submit the law by one person. Accordingly, there are three ways to submit the laws to the National Assembly in Korea.

Nextly, the laws that be submitted in three ways need to be passed by members of the National Assembly. Members of the National Assembly have to belong to one of the National Assembly  Committee. Then, members of the committee evaluate the laws that belong to their part. Most of the laws are revised by them at this process, because members of the committee who the government party and the opposite parties could have different opinions of each laws. Furthermore, if the laws passed the National Assembly Committee, it should be passed by a majority vote. However, the law which be passed by members of the committee could be rejected, because the whole members of the National Committee could have different opinions on each laws, even their party agreed with that laws. Therefore, every laws need the agreement of the members of the National Assembly.

Lastly, the laws need the president's signature. Even, the laws are passed by the National Assembly, it could not be effective in Korea without his signature. In this time, he can deny the laws. In fact, most of the laws will be signed by the president. If he denied to sign the laws, it would be sent back to the National Assembly. As a result, the laws have to be signed by the president.

The laws are made in three steps in Korea. First of all, the laws are submitted by members of the National Assembly, the government dministrators or the president of Korea. Then, the laws need to be passed by the National Committee and a majority votes. Finally, it needs the signature of the president. As I have shown, Korea's laws need these three steps.

I admire your knowledge about political issue
as well as law, because I am literally no idea of those things.
now I can say about law to someone else at least.

I loved your conclusion. People like me usually can't grasp the main points or orders.
As you rearrange them I could clarify the procedure.

but I reckon you don't need to say that "there are 3 staps to establish the law" twice in one paragraph .

    and when you use superior

you have to use ' the' in front of adj.

    like this>>
ex> Korea is most beautiful city (x)
Korea is the most beautiful city (o)

    and no duplication.

you said most hottest issue above
just hottest will be enough expression.

and you cannot use will + can together

If you want to put them together you have to
write like this >> will be able to.

I also usually make a mistake like you :)

    Eventhough it's quite difficult topic
you made it clear as I can understand it.

I think you are interested in law. And you are a well-informed person.

I like your introduction. especially, this sentence..

Whatever, the revised Sejong city law will be passed or not, it'll change the life style of Sejong city's people.

It is a rational argument. I agree your opinion.

And, "It will be the most hottest issue" is a technical expression.

Moreover, Your essay has a lot of other good points.

But In my case, I don't have acquaintance with the law. So your essay is somewhat difficult to understand. I think it is going to be a good way to write the meaning of legal terms.

Anyway, I want to applaud you for your essay.
